Really wish I could play this character, but I can't figure out how to load it

BUG!!  I can't modify any of the characters when the mod is active, Like I can't go into the menu where you can equip B skins and Gold weapons for both vanilla and the mod's characters       EDIT: I was able to fix the glitch by going into the file and deleting the entire menu folder

Would i have to like redownload any of my mods or what?

I'm using NTT 9940 and the most recent version of NTTE, I don't have any other mods loaded in screenshot
